Moloco is owned and managed by its two portfolio managers, Kevin Lyons and Darryl Chan, each of whom bring unique and complementary expertise to investment selection and portfolio management.

Mr. Lyons honed his analytical and valuation skills in the doctoral program at University of California's Haas School of Business. He also has years of hands on management and operations experience with many small public and private companies and has been an active private equity investor.

Mr. Chan derives his strong valuation and investment skills from having worked on dozens of corporate transactions including leveraged acquisitions, recapitalizations, and equity offerings during his tenure as an investment banker with Oppenheimer & Co. and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette.
